How should i package my parcel?

Parcels should be packed well enough to be transported safely across long distances, potentially being passed through a range of vehicles and warehouses depending on where your parcel is being shipped to.

Use a sturdy cardboard box to prevent any damage to the goods inside. If the items inside are fragile, make sure they are wrapped separately. Fill any spaces in the box with polystyrene chips. Seal any openings of the box with layers of tape to ensure the box does not open.

Is there a maximmum weight for a courier parcel?

Yes, the parcel should be no heavier than 25 kg per piece and no bigger than 120 x 90 x 60 cm in dimensions.

What is my shipment waybill number?

The shipment waybill number is the number allocated to your parcel and is typically 12 numerical digits.

If you have not been provided with this information, the shipper of the parcel will be able to give these details. You can also reach out to our customer service on cs@skynetworldwide.co.ke with your account number for assistance.
