Our branches provide boxes and can pack your items for you. If you pack yourself:
- Use a strong, clean box that is not overfilled or bulging.
- Double-box fragile items, with padding on all sides so nothing can move.
- Seal every seam with strong tape. Do not use string or paper wrapping alone.
- Put the waybill on the outside, flat and visible, and a copy of the receiver details inside.
- Remove or cover old labels and barcodes from reused boxes.
If something is damaged, contact customer service within 30 days of the shipment date with your waybill number and photos taken on delivery.
