You can book a domestic or international shipment from the customer portal, through Nala in the chat bubble, or by calling customer service. You can also book directly on our Book Online page and pay with M-Pesa, or charge a business account.
- Sign in to the customer portal at app.skynetworldwide.co.ke (or create an account).
- Choose Book a shipment and enter the origin, destination, number of pieces and weight.
- Pick a service level. You will see the price before you confirm.
- Enter the sender and receiver details, and describe the contents and their value accurately.
- Choose to schedule a pickup or drop your parcel at a branch, then confirm.
After booking you receive a waybill number. Keep it: it is how you track the shipment and how we find it if you contact us.
