What we need from you
- Your name and phone number
- The full pickup address, including the city or town
- A preferred date
- The number of pieces and approximate weight, if you know them
You receive a reference number for the request. A pickup booked with a shipment is sent to the station you booked from, and the driver is assigned from there. Please have the parcel packed and the waybill ready when the driver arrives.
